Arthur Loomstein
CEO
 Arthur Loomstein founded Centerco Properties (formerly Guild
Management Company) in 1961. It is easy to see why, in 2001,
he was recognized by his peers as a
Pillar of the Industry.
Mr. Loomstein is experienced in all phases of property
ownership and management—from
development and construction of new properties, to acquisition of properties,
to account management. It is his command of the business from so many perspectives
that provides Centerco with valuable insights into what it takes to make
a property profitable.
In addition, his broad experience
in other types of investments
and businesses enables Centerco to deliver the best return
for the property owner.
Along with his impressive 50 years
of industry experience, Mr. Loomstein also holds a BSBA-JD
from Washington University.
Debi Blanchard
President & Chief Operating Officer
After a number of years in residential
real estate, Debi Blanchard joined Centerco
as a Special Projects
Manager,
later becoming
our Commercial Leasing Director, and then Vice President, Commercial.
This year marks her 10th anniversary with the company and
she has just taken on the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
With
previous experience in restaurant management and as a buyer
in commercial
food service,
Debi has the
skills necessary to
work successfully
with
clients and vendors. Her energy and
enthusiasm are valuable assets when it comes
to meeting the needs of all Centerco
clients, big and small.
Debi holds a
Broker License in the State of Missouri as well
as
a degree from Tulane
